Description

Product Overview

The Scandvik 12107 recessed shower is engineered with a high-quality composite material that resists corrosion, UV exposure, and harsh weather conditions, ensuring long‑term durability for outdoor environments. Its classic oblong shape measures 4.13 inches in length and 3.44 inches in width, providing a compact footprint that fits neatly into a variety of mounting locations. The sleek white finish not only adds a clean aesthetic but also complements a wide range of patio and garden designs, making it a versatile choice for homeowners.

Designed for a flush‑mount installation, this shower requires a 2 3/4‑inch mounting hole, allowing it to sit flush against the surrounding surface for a streamlined look. The included mounting cup and cap, along with three mounting screws, simplify the installation process, while the hinged hard cap conceals the sprayer when not in use, preserving the clean lines of your outdoor space. The product ships with a 6‑foot hose, providing ample reach for flexible placement without the need for additional extensions.

Performance is a key focus of the 12107 model, delivering a water flow rate of 2.5 GPM, which balances sufficient water pressure with water‑saving efficiency. This makes it ideal for poolside showers, hot‑tub rinses, and garden wash‑downs where a gentle yet effective stream is desired. The on/off trigger handle offers both continuous flow and a pause function, giving users precise control over water usage during each shower session.

Scandvik, a trusted name in outdoor shower solutions, backs this product with a one‑year warranty, reflecting confidence in its construction and materials. The model number 12107 and UPC 786142020006 ensure easy identification for inventory management and replacement parts. Customer reviews highlight a perfect 5‑star rating, underscoring satisfaction with the product’s reliability and ease of use.

Overall, the Scandvik 12107 recessed shower combines functional design, durable materials, and thoughtful accessories to deliver a premium outdoor shower experience. Whether installed near a swimming pool, hot tub, or garden, it provides a convenient, hygienic solution for rinsing off after swimming, gardening, or outdoor activities, enhancing the overall comfort and cleanliness of your outdoor living area.

Usage

Ideal for residential backyards, community pools, and resort facilities, the recessed shower fits seamlessly into a range of outdoor settings. Homeowners can install it adjacent to a pool deck, allowing swimmers to rinse off before entering the house, reducing the amount of chlorine or chemicals brought indoors. In garden environments, the shower serves as a convenient tool for cleaning tools, rinsing off after gardening, or providing a refreshing cool‑down on hot summer days.

Because of its low flow rate of 2.5 GPM, the shower conserves water while still delivering a comfortable stream, making it an environmentally friendly choice for eco‑conscious users. The 6‑foot hose length offers flexibility in positioning the sprayer, enabling users to adjust the distance between the water source and the shower head to suit various installation heights and user preferences.

The on/off trigger handle is designed for intuitive operation, allowing users to start and stop the water flow with a simple press. This feature is especially useful for families with children, as it helps control water usage and prevents waste. Additionally, the hinged hard cap protects the sprayer from debris and weather when not in use, extending the lifespan of the nozzle and maintaining consistent performance.

Installation is straightforward for DIY enthusiasts, requiring only a 2 3/4‑inch mounting hole and the included hardware. For professional installers, the product’s design aligns with standard mounting practices, ensuring a quick and secure fit. The recessed configuration keeps the shower flush with the surrounding surface, reducing tripping hazards and creating a sleek, unobtrusive appearance.

Overall, the Scandvik recessed shower enhances outdoor living by providing a reliable, easy‑to‑use water source for a variety of activities, from post‑swim rinses to garden clean‑ups, making it a valuable addition to any outdoor space.
